Yoga & Sailing Retreat - August 2018

“Yoga” means Union, union with the Whole and in this retreat, we live Yoga in its total­i­ty. This love­ly sail­ing retreat on a big cata­ma­ran is real­ly ulti­mate adven­ture. Whilst we prac­tice Asanas twice a week, we also prac­tice pranaya­ma with the sea­wind, have plen­ty of oppor­tu­ni­ty to unwind, through just let­ting go with swim­ming, shar­ing, being silent, dis­cov­er­ing new sides, unleash­ing cre­ative ener­gy.… We use old tech­nics of dis­ci­plines such as yoga, med­i­ta­tion, dynam­ic med­i­ta­tion to awak­en the inner light in order to shine rather than remain hid­den behind thoughts. This retreat is host­ed by Sash & San­ti. We will sail from island to island on a cata­ma­ran on Greece. Depar­ture from Athens.  More infor­ma­tion or reser­va­tion please con­tact.
