Summer Non-dual Yoga reteat - Yeunten Ling from 6th to 12th July.

San­ti­das Yoga orga­nizes a yoga and med­i­ta­tion retreat in one of the most beau­ti­ful Tibetan Insti­tut Yeun­ten Ling in Huy in the next sum­mer. We will live, prac­tice and expe­ri­ence yoga accord­ing to its ori­gin. We will learn how this dis­ci­pline old more than 12000 years can help human­i­ty to find and grow on the path of har­mo­ny and save even Moth­er Nature.

We will prac­tice, med­i­ta­tion, yoga asanas, pranaya­ma, intro­duc­tion to Vipas­sana med­i­ta­tion to explore the pow­er of silence, we will have the teach­ing of Lama in the pro­gram and many oth­er tech­nics for our spir­i­tu­al growth.
