Despite what is going on with Corona virus, we encourage our members to practice their yoga at home with kids and family, to keep the joy of life and happiness. Yoga will help to develop your immune system. Very soon (this coming week) we will have Yoga sessions online to help our community to keep their Prana and develop more of it to cross this period. If you have any questions or need help don’t hesitate to contact us. Our private sessions are available on appointment.
