Non-Dual Yoga - Personal Development Course & TTC 2019-2020

What is Non-dual Yoga? Yoga in its self MUST be non-dual otherwise it wouldn’t be Yoga. The word Yog, in Sanskrit, means Union, binding and ultimately Oneness. If the state of Yog is not Non-dual or Oneness, we can’t call it Yoga.  But as the Mind has the Art of splitting like the prism cut one bright light into a rainbow, in this training, we learn how to go back to the Oneness and experience the Light before going through the prism.

In this training, we will cover subjects such as Yam, Nyama, Anatomy, pranayama, concentration, contemplation,  meditation, philosophy, different Koshas, Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita and using other techniques to find back our origin, who truly we are.

For more information or personal meeting before subscription, please contact us. A timetable is online.

Subscription includes 2 classes per week: 990€
