Duo Yoga. A Practice for All

Yoga is Oneness, the reunification of so many dualities, including the male and the female energies. When the man and the woman practice Duo Yoga, they touch all those elements that construct the relationship. Check it out: http://www.vier.be/glammertime/videos/ik-kan-mezelf-bijna-pijpen/2164761 In a relationship our love lives from Trust, feeling the energy of the Other, supporting each other and enjoying it or just enjoy being supported unconditionally. This is our Duo Yoga. Feel each others bodies, breath and get close to One Self and the Other. It is a wonderful practice. We loved sharing in and having good fun with Elodie and her financéé Jerome of the Belgian TV Station Vier, in a show called Glammertime. We will put on a Duo Yoga class again soon ! Stay tuned !

In this workshop, we use a therapeutic chair to overcome these types of pains instead of running to the hospital and going under surgery, which in the end gives no positive […]
