Healing Aerial Hatha Yoga Workshop 25th January 2020

In this workshop, we use hammocks to perform the most difficult postures with ease or heal our pains. If you are the beginners or highly advanced practitioner this workshop could take you a few steps higher in your practice. The goal is not to cultivate the ego, but deepen our practice for a better understanding of our body and mind. What body can do and what are our resistances.

In the hammock, everything appears to be different and after overcoming this difference we can move further to feel and enjoy truly all movement and actions. Bring your playfulness and joy to explore a new dimension of your being. The number of places is limited.

Price: 60€

Time: Saturday 25th January from 2 pm to 5 pm.
