Yoga & Sailing Retreat - August 2018

“Yoga” means Union, union with the Whole and in this retreat, we live Yoga in its totality. This lovely sailing retreat on a big catamaran is really ultimate adventure. Whilst we practice Asanas twice a week, we also practice pranayama with the seawind, have plenty of opportunity to unwind, through just letting go with swimming, sharing, being silent, discovering new sides, unleashing creative energy.… We use old technics of disciplines such as yoga, meditation, dynamic meditation to awaken the inner light in order to shine rather than remain hidden behind thoughts. This retreat is hosted by Sash & Santi. We will sail from island to island on a catamaran on Greece. Departure from Athens.  More information or reservation please contact.
