Peace for Body, Mind and Soul

Selvin Yavuz

I have been teaching Yoga since 2011 and practicing Traditional Thai Massage since 2008.My journey to  discover Yoga in began in  2002, while looking for a deeper understanding of life. Different styles and aspects in the practices helped my understanding of Yoga as the path to Liberation. My passion never stopped growing and I always consider myself as a lifelong student.

I studied at the  Energy Yoga Institute between 2008 and 2012 and completed my first TTC (500hrs). After meeting my beloved teacher Sajeevan A.M. in Kerala in 2012 I was introduced to Sivananda Yoga and practiced with him on a regular basis during my several stays in India which became my spiritual land. During my last stay in India I was introduced to Traditional Tantra and I spent 5 months in Shri Kali Ashram (500-RYT).
Practicing Yoga allows me to create a space within where I can experience true intimacy with myself. Through my practice I feel that I am fully and honestly involved in life.

Grateful to be in thistraditional lineage, I look forward to experience with those who aspire for a more meaningful and joyful life.
