Many of us yearn for Peace. Yoga shows us how to work on our inner peace in order to interact with our environment and make it more peaceful. Besides a deep and spiritual Yoga practice, there are methods and instruments that we can use to facilitate of how we respond and engage in conflict. In this retreat, nestled in Grempoli a peace centre in Tuscany, Italy, we will reflect and practice peace work both within and in engagement of others. We will query our relationship with conflict, question our approach to communicating with others, question our attitude to ourselves and others, always coming back to the breath and mediation to build deep strong inner foundations to strengthen our resilience. It is a journey for the serious Yoga and Peace seeker, facilitated by Santi Das - Dr. Antje Herrberg a peace practitioner and teacher and Yogi for decades. This is the first retreat of this kind, bringing two worlds of peacemaking together. The journey will entail stamina for early rising, vegetarian cuisine and selfless service to the community (Karma Yoga), a willingness to share and to care. Discretion and dedication are an important ingredient. For more information or question please contact also: firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration Form.
