Santidas TTC’s know how to teach a full beginners course with four sequences. After this class, the course participants will be able to participate in any class that Santidas Yoga offers. It will provide students with some understanding of why and how Yoga is practiced, introduce basic breathing exercises, understand the value of deep relaxation, and practice Asanas - Yoga poses. The class is donation based, so you choose if or not you want to give for what you have learned. The amount given will be provided to a good cause. Enjoy these amazing energetic yogis, applying their learned skills and allow them to share their teachings.
