Teacher trainees teach Beginners class

From the 15th of Feb­ru­ary, each Thurs­day and Sat­ur­day San­ti­das Teacher Trainees will teach their appren­tice class­es. They have had more than 100 hours of train­ing and are now tran­si­tion­ing in a prac­tice and expe­ri­ence to ripen their expe­ri­ence and begin to sharp­en their teach­ing skills. San­ti­das TTC’s know how to teach a full begin­ners course with four sequences. After this class, the course par­tic­i­pants will be able to par­tic­i­pate in any class that San­ti­das Yoga offers. It will pro­vide stu­dents with some under­stand­ing of why and how Yoga is prac­ticed, intro­duce basic breath­ing exer­cis­es, under­stand the val­ue of deep relax­ation, and prac­tice Asanas - Yoga pos­es. The class is dona­tion based, so you choose if or not you want to give for what you have learned. The amount giv­en will be pro­vid­ed to a good cause. Enjoy these amaz­ing ener­getic yogis, apply­ing their learned skills and allow them to share their teach­ings.
