Tao Yin Yoga with Carlos Vegas 8th of June

Carlos Vegas, a good friend of Santidas will come to visit Brussels to share his practice of Tao Yin Yoga on the 8th of June at 19:00 - 20:30. Taoist Yoga is a very ancient practice based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and taoist wisdom, aimed at cultivating health, preventing disease and increasing longevity. It is considered to be one of the precursors to other internal alchemy practices such as Chi Kung and Tai Chi.  As Yin lovers, we encourage you to experience this practice.

It is practiced mainly in laying and sitting positions, and combines conscious breathing with stretching exercises in order to activate the energy channels (meridians) of the body, increase the circulation of internal life-force energy (Chi), balance Yin and Yang forces, and improve structural alignment, flexibility and strength. Register early, we will limit participation to 15.
