Yoga in the Win­ter will keep the cir­cu­la­tion going bring light from with­in and gives you a good mood with a sup­ple and strong body. The dark­ness and cold­ness might even be an oppor­tu­ni­ty for intro­spec­tion and heal­ing, which you can pro­mote with Yoga.  In order to pro­mote our class­es in the evening and in the ear­ly morn­ing which are our off peak times, we have cre­at­ed an off peak pass for this who want to prac­tice dur­ing the week (Not valid dur­ing week­ends nor offi­cial hol­i­days) between 7 - 9 am, and after 5pm. This does not include Aer­i­al Yoga. See you at the stu­dio soon !
