Yoga in the Winter will keep the circulation going bring light from within and gives you a good mood with a supple and strong body. The darkness and coldness might even be an opportunity for introspection and healing, which you can promote with Yoga. In order to promote our classes in the evening and in the early morning which are our off peak times, we have created an off peak pass for this who want to practice during the week (Not valid during weekends nor official holidays) between 7 - 9 am, and after 5pm.
